General Terms & Conditions

The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel.
The identification proofs accepted are Government Identification, Driving License, and Passport. Without Original copy of a valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
Extra Mattresses are not available. Extra guests staying overnight are prohibited.
Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel assets. Guests shall keep the Hotel room in good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness. Liabilities will follow our Damages Policy.
Certain policies are booking specific and are informed to the customer while making the booking.
Smoking Policy – smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas (refer to Damages Policy).
In the case that guests wish to smoke, any outdoor area is acceptable.

Check-In time is 14:00. Early Check-In is subject to availability and at the discretion of the Hotel
Check-Out time is 11:00. Late Check-Out is subject to availability and at the discretion of the Hotel
Please contact our team to inquire or make arrangements for Early Check-In and Late Check-Out.

Reservations made using OTA’s (AirBNB, Booking.com) will comply with the policies and regulations outlined by each website
Direct Bookings made on theuluhills.com website will follow the General Terms & Conditions herein.
Extensions of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability, at the discretion of the Hotel.
Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked, at the discretion of the Hotel.
There is a Rp1.000.000 IDR Security Deposit payable upon Check-In, at the discretion of the Hotel.

Payments of balance are required in FULL at the time of booking.
We do not charge cancellation fees for bookings cancelled within 24 Hours of creating the booking.
Refunds are subject to any applicable foreign exchange fees and transaction fees.
Any Cancellations are subject to 50% charge against the total of the booking, with a minimum charge of one night.
Any Cancellations or Changes after Check-In are subject to 50% charge against the total of the remaining booking, with a minimum charge of one night

Children up to 5 years of age may stay complimentary and are limited per reservation based on the intended capacity of the suite.
The guest must notify the hotel of any children staying at the Hotel ahead of time before booking.
Any extra accommodations or amenities provided for children are strictly at the discretion of the Hotel and are not guaranteed.
While Children are welcome as guests, we remind you that the Hotel has NOT been designed to be child-friendly. If you have any inquiries, please ask before booking.

The hotel reserves a right to charge a minimum of Rp5.000.000 IDR if smoking scent is detected inside any indoor areas.
